  • What file formats do you accept?

    We recommend JPEG at compression level 9 or higher. Please choose Baseline (“Standard”) as the compression format. Do not use Progressive JPEG compression.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept AMEX, Mastercard and Visa credit cards. You can also use your PayPal account.

  • What if I'm not satisfied with the quality of the product?

    We're sorry that you are not happy with the quality of your product. You can contact us and we will set up a return or re-do the product.

  • How do I apply a coupon code to my order?

    At checkout you can click the 'Coupon Code' button and a text field will expand. Enter your coupon code and hit 'Enter' and you will see the code applied to your shopping cart
