Service Photo RETURN POLICY

We want our customer to be completely satisfied with their purchases from Service Photo.  But understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned or exchanged.  If you are not content with your purchase you can return it within 15 days of purchase date.

You have the option of exchange or refund.  The item must be returned in "as new" condition, free of visible marks, scratches or defects, and complete with all manufacturer included components and packaging materials. All returns are subject to inspection and return approval by Service Photo management.  After 15 days, all merchandise is considered used and may be considered for trade-in purposes only.

Your shipment will be checked upon receipt. Any missing or damaged merchandise, parts or packaging will be reported to you within 10 days.

The following conditions must be met for products to qualify for refunds or exchanges

• The item must be accompanied by the original receipt (not a copy).

• The total will be refunded by your original method of payment, Service Photo gift card or store credit.

• If refunded by credit card or debit, the original cardholder must be present for in-store returns.

• Cash purchases totaling more than $100.00 will be refunded by check and may take up to 7 business days to process.

Service Photo does not accept return of the following products

• Film or Photographic paper,(due to its perishable nature), • Batteries, • Chemistry, • Light Bulbs,

• Ink cartridges and inkjet paper• Non-stocked special-order items,

RESTOCKING FEES

If Service Photo determines that an item is returnable but does not meet all Service Photo guidelines for “As New Product”, such as missing instructions, packaging or accessories, a 15% restocking fee will be accessed. We can process a return with a nonrefundable deduction on your refund. . The fee charged may vary depending on the item's condition, the state of the item's packaging and the item value. Service Photo reserves the right to refuse the refund of any product that does not meet these criteria.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to shop with confidence and allow plenty of time to shop for Holiday gifts. To allow you peace of mind in choosing the right gifts, products purchased from Black Friday through Christmas Eve have an extended return and exchange period until January 8th of the following year

GIFT CARDS

Service Photo gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

Service Photo will not hold orders for pickup for any longer than 120 days, including orders with prints and film. We will attempt to contact you however if no attempt to pick up is made we will dispose of unclaimed photofinishing or orders after that time without further notice. Unclaimed photofinishing is not eligible for refund and does not imply or express any liability on the part of Service Photo.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

Submitting any tangible or intangible materials  like film, print(s), slide(s), negative(s) movie (s) or digital file(s)/media or other materials to for developing, processing, printing or other handling constitutes an AGREEMENT by YOU that any damages or loss by Service Photo, our subsidiary or agents, even though due to negligence or other fault by Service Photo, our subsidiary or agents, will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film, print(s), or media, and processing.

Except for such replacement, the acceptance of the film, print(s), slide(s), negative(s) or digital file(s)/media or other materials is WITHOUT OTHER WARRANTY OR LIABILITY, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded. No expressed or implied warranty is provided.
